Tanika Thakur holds an M.Sc. in Biotechnology from Shoolini University with a specialization in plant biotechnology.

She has hands-on experience in plant tissue culture, genetic engineering, and molecular biology techniques, gained through roles at the National Agri-Food Biotechnology Institute (NABI), Orbit Biotech, and the State Forensic Science Laboratory, Junga.

Tanika has co-authored research papers in international journals, with work focused on CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing, gene overexpression, and plant responses to drought stress.
